Mediation

Eric has been trained to mediate disputes using a process designed to facilitate productive dialogue to reach a definite, timely, and cost-effective resolutions to disputes. He has successfully acted as a mediator on multiple disputes, bringing his experience with a broad range of litigation and negotiation to bear to assist parties in dispute resolution. 

When mediation is the appropriate solution, Eric is pleased to work with the parties to help bring an end to costly and time-consuming conflicts through agreed resolutions that do not leave the parties' fates up to the decisions of a judge or jury.
